Keeping your nicknames and channels secure is your responsiblity.
"Stealing" is not possible unless you are careless with your
nickname passwords.  However, we can investigate this and do what we
can to help you.

This email address seems to be the same as the one you say is your
friend's, in which case your friend should be able to type:

        /ns sendpass

which will send instructions on setting a new password to your
friend.

If this doesn't help, then your friend should contact us at
admins-Hb7ITwsGSD4lroQnaJEqWdi2O/[email protected] and we will investigate the matter further.
To do anything more we will have to talk to your friend directly,
not through you.
