Hi

I am a student at the University of Oslo, Norway. I am currently
writing my final report to finish my masters degree. The report
is about spam. I would like to use your figure showing the number of open proxies during the last year. I am not too familiar with licenses. Is it ok that I use the figure if I include the copyright license notice (Copyright 2000-2002 the Blitzed IRC Network All rights reserved) and a reference to the site?
