If you are specifically talking about proxies then we would appreciate a link to http://opm.blitzed.org/ However, if your report is about spam and open proxies, I am not sure that our site would be that interesting for you. That's because we're a rather conservative DNSBL and the amount of proxies we find is limited mostly by our own policies, lack of reporters etc.. We also agressively expire IPs from our list, which most DNSBLs don't. Much bigger open proxy DNSBLs like SORBS and NJABL may provide a better estimation of the explosion of insecure proxies on the Internet. Have you also read http://darkwing.uoregon.edu/~joe/proxies/open-proxy-problem.pdf and many of the other things that Joe has written about insecure proxies?
