Hi Web team & Web team leader.

I think mark should be `added' to the web team -- as he manages
wiki.blitzed.org.
However, as wiki.blitzed.org is almost an official part of Blitzed now,
it has to be allowed to Web team members to modify wiki parts (mainly
appearance issues) on their own.
Any comments?
