yes, because masses of SQL queries were used.
I cut them down a fair bit, so the staff pages should load a bit faster.
There would be still space for optimisations, but are you satisfied with
the current speed?
The Admin Team loads slowly because the cache gets initialised but
you'll notice the increase on the other teams.
