Blitzed has no such facility and would not like to promote the use
of other IRC networks.

I am personally willing to host such a thing from my own personal
server for $10/month with a week free for you to see if it's
sufficient for your use and for me to see that it really is low
traffic.  That probably doesn't sound like a good deal to you, but
hosting such a thing is a fair bit of hassle.
