Michael Tokarev keeps an uptodate list of the most common proxy ports in
use. The list is available through DNS:

$ host -t txt p0.cp.corpit.ru
p0.cp.corpit.ru descriptive text "-ps5:1080,1813,1978,17879 "
p0.cp.corpit.ru descriptive text "-ps4:14728,17878,22799,38994,40934,41934,43934,53311,57123,10000,10001 "
p0.cp.corpit.ru descriptive text "-ps4:1029,1080,1478,2280,2425,3330,3380,3800,4777,4894,5748,6000,6042,7441 "
p0.cp.corpit.ru descriptive text "-phc:80,2282,3128,3332,3382,3802,4480,5490,6588,8080,8081,8090,22788,57123,65506 "
p0.cp.corpit.ru descriptive text "-pfu:21 -pwg:23 -pho:808 "

s5 = SOCKS5, s4 = SOCKS4, hc = HTTP
