Hi

At first , thx for the great openproxy monitor.

But i have a feature request ;-)

When scanning hosts some host starts dropping request because of the
rate of the synpackets ( we monitor about 1000 proxyport with bopm )

Is it possible to build a ratelimiter into opm so that a computer gets
max X requests at a time, so firewalls will not trigger on the scan
rate.

Atm libopm fires all connect request simultanious when there are enough
fd's which trigger's a lot of firewalls ( 1000 sync requests within 1
sec is quite alot )

regards

PS i'm not on the list, so please keep me in the CC
