BOPM 3.1.2 Released

Hello,

BOPM 3.1.2 has been released. This is a bugfix release and the most notable fixes are:

o Fixed socks4/socks5 scanning in libopm. It used to work, but a few months ago a cvs commit had broken it. The original working ocode has been put back in place.
o Fixed DNSBL unknown errors.
