Some Sort of Error

Hello, I THINK it is an error, but not sure, whenever
someone Connects to my Server, BOPM gives this kind of
Message in the Channel: DNSBL -> Lookup error on 
183.248.182.61.opm.blitzed.org: Server failure now,
does that mean that it's not on the Scanning List or
an error or what?
