The only way to check really is to see if you can reliably resolve the host name "183.248.182.61.opm.blitzed.org" from the shell you run the bopm from. Also check what the contents of the /etc/resolv.conf are - the resolver in bopm uses all servers listed there in parallel so if one is bad you don't notice in normal use but bopm will report an error every time (even though the other lookup would work).
