Several scanners

Is it possible to run several BOPMs against the same server? My server
running the BOPM is being ddosad from time to time by the very people we
want to get rid of.

So I'm thinking about running a none-scanning BOPM on another server
just using the BL-check and probably give them a little hazzle even if
our 'main' BOPM is down.

Do you see any problems with this or? Do the 2 disturb each other?
