Integrating with webserver

I have been looking at your software and I have read through all the docs.
Other than stating that the software can be adapted to use with email or web
servers I have found no information about specifically how the software
works. I apologize for my ignorance. Although I have used IRC for many years
I have never operated a server so the interworkings are a bit of a mystery
to me.

My goal is to use bopm to prevent fraud going to my merchant processor.
Currently they are too incompetent to do an open proxy scan against customer
orders.

I am looking for some documentation on the in/out flow of the bopm software.
I am looking for a point where I can fake the irc server part and have it
interact with my web server. I am open to suggestions, hacking bopm, writing
perl middleware.. I dono. Maybe this is not the right software, but before I
go rooting through the code.
