Proxy Detection Problems

Hello, I have been using BOPM for quite some time
(currently running Version 3.1.2) and also, have been
on this Mailing List for quite some time. Now, the
problems I am having are that MANY Proxies on Ports
5142, 1212, and some other Ports have been getting by,
even when I have set up an NJBL and Blitzed Scanners
on my BOPMs (I run two on the same Server and they
both Scan different Ports), the ones, which ALWAYS get
by are the ones, which are listed on Proxy Sites as,
"High Anonymity" Proxies, they ALWAYS get by. How may
I stop this from happening/make the BOPM Scan better?
