problem with bopm

hi

weve just installed bopm on an new freebsd server and it can't scan
anything, all we get in our scan logs and on the log channel is:

[18:11] <BOPM5> DNSBL -> Lookup error on 114.237.134.208.opm.blitzed.org: Refused

btw ive tried mailing this list from my mailserver but all it does it
bitch about my HELO command, i managed to sign up but it wont let me post,
can someone PLEASE fix this!
