You can point it to anything you like, including the same IP that
BOPM connects to for its own IRC server.  It doesn't even have to be
an IRC server, as all BOPM does is connect to target_ip:target_port
and read any data it is given looking for target_string.

It never sends any data, so it is not possible for BOPM to get
itself back onto IRC and scan itself, if that is what you are
worrying about.
