It is a convention for DNSBLs to include a record for the IP address
127.0.0.2.

The things in most DNSBLs are also not IP addresses or host names
and the RFCs that apply to IP addresses and hostnames do not apply
to them.

hi_2_u.opm.blitzed.org. A       255.255.255.255

is legal in a zone file, for example.
