Investigate why some of your connection notices do not contain the
IP.  BOPM requires the IP to be present in all connection notices.

Someone talked about a patch to make it resolve hosts.  If they give
more details I will put it in the FAQ (or they could put it in
themselves, but editing the FAQ requires a registered nickname on
Blitzed, sorry).
