Nickserv identify

Hello,

The problem I have with my bopm (3.1.2) is that it sends the identify
command and the
invite to chanserv before it's connected to the server. Is there
anything I can change
so that the bopm can wait for a notice from NickServ or any string
before it sends the
identify and invite commands?
