opm.blitzed.org is just a DNSBL much like any other so you can query
it with whatever software you like.

You should probably run your own DNS server that offers recursive
resolving to the machine it's on and then point your software at
that.

There is a bopm "format" for proxy reports, so as long as you can
emulate that then we would take reports from you.
