BOPM can do much more than proxy scanning

First, I want to thank the people who have written bopm and who maintain 
the dnsbl. Great job! Very usefull, very practical, and can be customized 
and extended to do a lot more than just proxy scanning. I have been using 
bopm for months now and here is what I have found out.

1. Bopm can be customized to work with CR (conference room from 
webmaster.com) as well, that is what i use.
2. Bopm can be customized to put a global akill, instead of a local akill.
3. Bopm can be customized to identify itself to operserv, not only 
adminserv (defualt it does /oper nick passwd.)
4. Bopm can be customized to send a notice to all ircops online on any new 
connection made to the network, not just the server it is connected to.

I should write a tutorial one of these days how to do all these, if anyone 
is interested. It is very very helpful for managing the whole network, 
because once you get all the connection notices on your Status window, you 
can write mirc scripts to do pretty much anything you want.
