Question about blacklist entries

Is there currently support in BOPM to have different actions occur for
different response codes in the same blacklist. For example:

blacklist.x has response code 1 for an entry that was submitted with
evidence, but not tested by the blacklist admins themselves as to whether or
not it was currently an open proxy. It has response code 2 for an entry that
has been submitted and also tested.

Would it be possible to have an entry for one blacklist check that would,
let's say spawn an alert in the BOPM channel for anything detected by
response code 1, but have it ban anything detected by response code 2?

aka something like:
reply {
    1 = "Suspected proxy";
    kline = "PRIVMSG #chan ...";
    2 = "Confirmed proxy";
    kline = "GLINE ...";
};

Thanks in advance.
