This EXACT thing started happening on two of our nine bopms straight
after we added some extra blacklists to them. They arent out of file
descriptors or anything, can't explain it. However both of them connect
fine if we foreground them with -ddd and screen them, but if we try and
background them, they never connect, we just get a log full of gigabytes
of "error sending data to server"...
