TOR

For those who don't read irc-security[1] (you should), there is
apparently a TOR DNSBL at tor.dnsbl.sectoor.de.  I have no web site
for it, and no further information so please don't treat this as a
recommendation.  A few people on this list and on irc-security seem
to be happy with it though.
