TOR blacklist announcement

Hi there,

a few ppl already know and use the tor blacklist
(tor.dnsbl.sectoor.de). As the maintainer of the list, i
get more and more questions about it. So i'll make a public
announcement for the list by now.

The TOR (http://tor.eff.org/) blacklist was started in the
beginning of august 2004. A friend of mine and i was using
and testing tor. Since i'm a network admin of the D-T-Net
(Dark-Tou-Net) i saw a risk of using TOR to abuse IRC-networks.
I checked a few networks and asked around some admins i know
and we found users already using tor (some of them to enhance
their privacy, some of them for botnets etc.). First i thought
of a more or less network specific solution like a generated
k-line list for us (since you cannot check for a tor proxy
like you can do for open proxies like socks) but otheres
want to block those users, too. So i developed the tor dns
based blacklist. As by now, we're having only around 130
TOR nodes, so the list isn't very big. As it's still in
development and testing, the list is just hosted on one
dns server (the mainserver of my company) and cause it wasn't
announced only a few ppl used it. Now this has changed a bit:
i know at least 4 networks using the list (all with success ;).
By now we've a small page explaining the list a bit and giving
a few hints about how to use etc.:

You can use the page to send your users to if they getting
killed by a bopm/whatever using our list (examples are on
the page).
