[Lookup] Error when BOPM lookup

When one user connect on my server, BOPM say:
<BOPM> DNSBL -> Lookup error on ***.***.***.***.opm.blitzed.org: Unknown error
Why?
In the FAQ is write to configure rsolv.conf but i don't found this files.

What's the problem?
