I wouldn't consider that to be normal. Personally I'd have that admin either 
change the listening port to something that the BOPM doesn't scan or to add 
a line on the .conf(s) in the exempt-block as that is what it made for. I 
don't know any reason why you would need to listen on that port, so I can't 
say exactly what to do ;)
