I'm new to mail on a *nix system...never needed it up to this point.

I'm using Mandrake 10, and I was wondering if sendmail needs to be configured to relay through an smtp server (my ISP only allows outbound emails to go through their smtp servers), and if so, how would I go about doing this??

Any help is greatly appreciated.
