chances are that the hosts in your /etc/resolv.conf are returning 
SERVFAIL for opm.blitzed.org lookups. check with dig.
also consider using firedns.conf (it should be in the docs) for 
specifying alternate DNS servers for the lookups. lastly, talk to your 
shell hosting provider about this, they're the ones who probably have 
to fix something.
