Hi! I have installed and configured bopm and totaly evertyhing is 
configured, so i will paste my config to you

Of course i have changed my oper login and his nick pass. So i am in local 
network so i use 10.0.0.183 <http://10.0.0.183> instead
irc.yumirc.org<http://irc.yumirc.org>which is originaly my ircd name.
I am using Unreal
3.2.3 with anope 1.7.10.
I have been using debug and it just apears that when user connects it 
doesn't scan him. I have been testing few other proxies which definitly are 
in bopm blacklist....

Please help
