Winbots.org error msg (Server failure)

We use the latest version of BOPM on an unreal ircd network (one server).
It works fine, except quite a few times we also get the following message:

DNSBL->Lookup error on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx {some ip} .spl.bl.winbots.org:
Server failure

This msg may appear a number of times during the day with different ips.
Otherwise bopm works well with all the other lists.

How to fix this or should we be using a different blacklist or deleting
winbots or what?
