DNSBL - Blitzed.org

I have been working on creating a new sponsored links search engine over the past few months. My programmer and I discussed how to deal with proxy IPs hitting our listings. During our research we came across blitzed.org. The DNSBL tool is exactly what we are looking for in terms of identifying abusive IPs. Is it possible for you to provide my company with a tool or preferably a real-time list of proxy IPs from your database to block such abusive IPs? The list is better for us because we can block on the search level.
