Lookup error on ............ server failure

Hi I keep receiving this error on my network, I posted this same comment
but I made a mistake on the original one, 
 
 
DNSBL -> Lookup error on 190.119.214.81.opm.blitzed.org: Server failure

 
That is what I see in the channel that my BOPM bot is in, can anyone
help with this please its driving me mad, I get this error on various
IPs. None of the other bots on the networks show this error just mine
and they are all setup exaclty the same way, except the other two bots
are ran from a RedHat box where mine is ran from Debian.
 
I feel that there is a package that has not been installed on the debian
box but if that is the case I don’t know what it is,
 
Please can anyone help I am going out of my mind.
