FW: Lookup error on ............ server failure

This error is now occurring on all of the bots on my network, nothing
has been edited in the config files or anything. Please can anyone help
with this problem as I feel that the bots are letting proxies through
that it shouldn’t be. I know some of the IPs that I get this error
through are not on any of the lists but I feel that some maybe.
