Curious about reported proxies

I have my scanners reporting like a good little irc admin and out of bordem and wanting to see what a user sees when they load the webpage they get when they are banned. And out of the few I checked some were accecpted and some werent. Was just curious how my scanner can detect a proxie and 5 minutes later the blitzed scanner doesn't.

DNSBL: 60 reports sent
Found 22 (HTTP) open.
Found 34 (HTTPPOST) open.
Found 4 (ROUTER) open.
I'm kinda curious how many of those are reported as "false reports"
