some to watch maybe !!

just i was tought that on the bopm.conf is some wrong but
maybe i some set wrong or about DNSBL
or maybe the virutual ip needs ! 
my dns is open thats so strange.
.
maybe some can add my conf good when thats right wrong 
!   just 127.0.0.1 server local adress from the unrealircd 
from the unit pc linux is virutual ip normal 192.168.2.101
.
the scanner connect at localhost from the server box
