hello, need help

hello im sigma of the irc.imafia.net IRC network. we use the lastest version of
Unreal Ircd and are trying to run BOPM on it. we keep getting these errors and
dont know what to do to fix them. i have a feeling it is something in the
.conf.
here is an example of the errors we recieve:
(23:58:01) (@ProxyMonitor) DNSBL -> Lookup error on
156.51.227.24.opm.blitzed.net: Server failure
