cant make bopm scan

hello to all the friends... i read the documentation some thing like 5 times : my prob is that the bopm dont scan for open proxies, i notice that he identify for the nick with succes, get oper , and get the notice line of user conects, but its not doing nothing that let me know that he scans ,... the only thing that i didnt understand is IRC REGEX -> Regular expression caught connection notice. Parsing. its not appears in anywhere... some suggestions ?
