BOPM not resolving correctly.

One of my opers just pointed out that BOPM was giving a error like
20:09 < Bopm> DNSBL -> Lookup error on 46.90.197.72.: Format error
And that not only does it have that period at the end it is backwards. 
Should be 72.197.90.46
It seems to me its getting it from the ircd correctly and just getting 
mixed up somewhere. But I could be wrong.
Unreal 3.2.4 and BOPM from CVS (3-8-06)
The release version wont compile for me with gcc 4, or I would use it.
