For different reasons I need to exempt several dozens of subnets. I have the subnets in cidr format. Shall bopm understand it if I am to specify it like "*@127.0.0.0/8", or should the subnets have a form like "*@127.*" ? I think it would be much faster if a special tree-like structure is being used for cidr lookups instead of a lineair match against an exempt list.. And yes, it has to be damn fast (i wouldn't ask it otherwise), even with a load balancing the bopm bots are scanning many ports at a rate of more than 300 hostscans per minute in the peak hours. Thanks in advance for the answer. -- Evlogi Petrov - ongeboren@UniBG
