Errors during Make with bopm 3.1.2 on Fedora core 5

I want to install and use bopm on my irc server running unrealircd. However,
I get errors during the make process. I have yet to find a solution to this
problem in any other resource. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Here are the errors reported by make:

I tried make install even with the errors and as expected, got the same
errors from that as well.
