Negotiation failed/timed out

Hi,

I hope this is the right place for support. I have installed BOPM 
yesterday and it is running quite good with the Blacklist. However all 
the ports which are being scanned always fail or just time out.

We have tested the Bot with an open proxy on Port 50033 Socks 4. The 
only thing what happens is that the check times out and the bot is 
allowed to stay on the network. We have set the vhost to the IP where 
the Bot connects from (the external ip), timeout is set to 30 seconds 
and it identifies correctly the ip addresses.

Is such a problem known?

Would be nice if I could get any help.
