Then I have a Detroit, MI shellserver that probably only half of it's bw allocation is used a month. I was already synching the list to that box anyway, but it was for more private use. And of course, I'm looking to be able to contribute to the list as well. Saturn has continued his work, and probably can start feeding proxies to it.
