help with compatability issue for ircx server

Hi, I run a relatively new ircx chat server, which is very similar to most
ircd's as well.  The software is known as pyRCX and outside of maybe 200
people is virtually unknown, its that new.  The place where I can see the
issue with is that our server, being ircx based, uses two commands to
"kline" a user.  So my question is, is it possible to edit the bot, or
config, to send two commands for kline = "blah"?  Or should this be a
feature request down the road?
