got new network now need bopm completed

Finished routing and linking all 11 networks, over 400 users already.

Now i need to install BOPM on the ircds.

I wget the latest, then configure/make/make install, and configured the
.conf file.

It is all running but i cant seem to scan users. I also want to be apart
of the global DNSBL so i can send and recieve lists of proxy glines.

I need some help.

This is my current bopm.conf. Someone please tell me what needs changing /
adding.
