This is expected. This is shown because you are running BOPM with
debugging enabled (-d). The 'error' is the error code seen in the
DNS packet BOPM gets, error 3 means NXDOMAIN. It is expected that a
*negative* lookup on a DNSBL will return this result (this is how
they work).

If your BOPM is not detecting proxies it is for another reason..
