It's quite possible to use libopm in other projects (which is basically the proxy scanning code but not the DNSBL or IRC side). I think OPSB was using it at one point, possibly other things. See the API docs on http://cvs.blitzed.org/libopm/doc/libopm-api.txt. Not sure anyone from Blitzed has time to help much, but we can definitely answer any questions about it. David
