BOPM not picking up connect-snotice? No automatic scanning.

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to upgrade our IRC-network to InspIRCd 1.1 and I'm having
some difficulty getting BOPM running.

I followed the guide on the InspIRCd-wiki
(http://www.inspircd.org/wiki/Making_BOPM_work_with_InspIRCd) but
somehow BOPM is not picking up the connect-snotices.

Anyone any idea what is going on? Manually giving BOPM a check-command
works fine, automatic checking however is not.
