Check IP against DNSBL with Access Key

I was wondering if it was possible for BOPM to check an IP against a
DNSBL that requires an access key to be placed in front of the DNS
request.

For example:
accesskey.1.0.0.127.rbl.example.org

If it is possible, how would I configure BOPM to use this access key?
