BOPM error

I get that error when trying to start bopm on a freebsd, it compiled
properly and the config says on line 632:

(632) #    protocol = SOCKS4:31121;
(633)
(634)    fd = 400;

After I uploaded the conf like that, it said "syntax error: line 633"
